MEET SKYLAR DUENSING

Skylar Duensing is a young American working to build a better and more prosperous future for all. Skylar is an 8th-generation Illinoisan. His family’s blood, sweat, and tears are in this ground. Starting with very little, the Duensing family came to the United States in 1837 for opportunity and newfound freedom. Put simply, they came for the American Dream.

Eight generations later, Skylar was born a son of Illinois on the 4th of July in his hometown of Oak Lawn, where his grandfather owned The Captain’s Chair barber shop. Fast forward to today, Skylar is defending the American Dream that his family sacrificed for—the same American Dream that every American deserves to reach for and achieve.

At 25 years old, Skylar has embraced the roles of entrepreneurship and community organizing, dedicating his youth and future to serving families. He is the founder of The United States Patriots Society, a national non-profit organization that is dedicated to restoring America's Founding Principles by raising awareness and understanding of the importance of the values of Faith, Family, and Freedom. With Patriots Society, Skylar is uniting communities and families across the country in defense of those fundamental principles.

Skylar loves leading others forward in righteousness and freedom; it is his passion. He is a graduate of Joliet Catholic Academy High School, where he played football and led his peers in their Kairos religious retreat. After JCA, Skylar went on to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was recruited as an NCAA Division 1 athlete to the men’s rowing team. During his time on campus, Skylar helped bring the conservative student voice back to Madison, starting numerous registered student organization chapters, including Turning Point USA. After UW-Madison, Skylar went on to study political science, history, and law at Liberty University, expanding on his Christian-academic experience that started at Joliet Catholic.

As a prominent young American voice, Skylar has been interviewed by a variety of networks, including One America News Network (OAN), Real America's Voice News (RAV), Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN), True North, CNN, New Federal State of China, The Wall Street Journal, and AM560, asking for his take on today’s socio-political landscape.

In addition to his community organizing with The U.S. Patriots Society, Skylar is a freelance journalist, published author, recipient of the Pax Christi “Instrument of Peace Award”, creator of The Abigail Adams & Thomas Jefferson Scholarship Awards, founder of Guardians Of Divinity church (G.O.D.), founder of The American Environmental Research Organization (AERO), founder of Poli X Elite Strategies, and has hosted numerous educational and informative Patriots Society Media productions.
